Below you can find our overall project planner as well as a planner for a week before the event. To prepare, our group met every Monday after school for 1.5 hours. We also met during some Wednesday lunches if we were not able to finish all that we wanted during out after school meeting for the week. We worked as a team on most parts of planning since we were a small group. We found it helpful to all be part of each part and learn all the skills needed.
